Today’s blog post is going to be all about the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Glow!

I was very fortunate to of have been able to receive the Laura Mercier Translucent loose setting powder-Glow, a travel size translucent loose setting powder and a glow powder brush …all complimentary from Influenster!

I have been a huge fan of Influenster for the longest time now and I am constantly raving about it! Highly recommend you check out Influenster if you have not yet done so!

The original Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder is one that I believe everyone has either heard of or used. Let me say that before I had received the powders I had been wanting to try them for such a long time, but I always felt that they were a little on the pricey side for me. Especially, since I wasn’t too sure if I was going to like them. I was afraid of spending money on a high end makeup product only to be let down, but upon using them I realized that these items were definitely worth the money!

Let’s talk more about the product before I keep going on about how much I love them! Lol.

Let me begin by saying that the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder-GLOW, is definitely one product you need in your makeup bag! It gives you a natural glowy look without making you look like you doused yourself with highlighter. I would not recommend you use this like a regular translucent loose setting powder but instead use it on the areas of your face that you would like to highlight and set at the same time, like your cheekbones, tip of your nose, chin, above your eyebrow arch, and of course your cupid’s bow!

According to the experts this product has no photo flashback, doesn’t make your face look cakey, and best of all it last for 12 hours so no need for touch ups during your busy, busy days!

They offer two beautiful translucent shades that work for all skins tones: Translucent and Translucent Medium Deep.

I was also very fortunate to of have received their glow powder brush, which I am obsessed with! This brush is totally unique and one that I have not seen before. It was specifically designed and made to be used with the translucent loose setting powder glow, because of the unique shape. The shape of this brush is designed to fit with the contours of the face and help give you a beautiful sheer look!

Both the translucent loose setting powder glow and the glow powder brush retail for $38.00 each!

In the photo above I am comparing the original translucent powder to the glow translucent powder. They are both similar in the sense that they are amazing for setting your face but the glow does have a bit of a sheer/shimmer look, which is beautiful on the skin!

Overall, I highly recommend the Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder glow! It looks so beautiful on and a little goes a long way with this product!
